Edge Spaces Open for Booking!
The Edge is open for SU groups and societies to book from Monday 17th May, for access to rehearsal, meeting and recreational spaces. While testing is still taking place on the ground floor, only rooms on Level 2 and Level 3 are open to students. (For information on individual room bookings, click here.)
As per new guidance, activities (excluding singing) can take place with more than 6 people, so long as groups of 6 (or 2 households) remain strictly socially distanced at all times, and room capacities are not exceeded. For any activity including singing, capacity is limited to groups of 6 or 2 households.
Rooms available for group bookings are:
Digital Studio, bookable via MusicSoc (maximum capacity 6 people)
Fine Art Studio (maximum capacity 14 people)
Ensemble Room (maximum capacity 16 people)
Dance Studio (maximum capacity 14 people)
Edge spaces are currently only available to book between the hours of 9.30 - 5.30pm. Spaces are available for hourly bookings for up to 3hrs per day.

Do not attend a group activity if you are displaying any Covid symptoms.
If any group activity exceeds the allowed amount of people in a space, that group will lose access to Edge spaces.
