Wellbeing and Mindfulness

The Arts are a great medium in which to destress and unwind. Try something new and take time for yourself with Su Arts' programme of activities centred around wellbeing and mindfulness.

We are planning a programme for 21-22 that will that will allow students to explore wellbeing and mindfulness via the arts - more info to come soon!

Student Services provides help and support to all students on all welfare and wellbeing issues. The services provided include Counselling & Mental Health, Disability Service, Student Money Advice and Wellbeing Service. The Advice & Support Centre is here to guide and support you with any problems you may have during your time at Bath. Peer Support is all about students supporting other students. Peer Support is comprised of Peer Mentoring and Peer Assisted Learning which aim to create student-led, confidential and informal spaces for students to get academic and social support from each other and more experience student volunteers: https://www.thesubath.com/peer-support/
