An introduction to mindfulness and meditation with a simple breathing meditation. Come find some space with us and catch your breath this Freshers week!

Our beloved volunteer Sharon Collins will guide you through this meditation and discuss what meditation and mindfulness is all about, tips to help incorporate it into your life and the benefits you can reap. Become enlightened this freshers! Actually, probably not that. But you got a decent chance of starting your journey for improved rest, better focus, and a healthier and a happier lifestyle.
