The TUB (SU)

The TUB at the University of Bath is hosting its FIRST EVER SILENT DISCO. We've got your FRIDAY night plans sorted and HEADPHONES at the ready.

This is a ONE TIME event with VERY LIMITED TICKETS.

Find us on the RAG Facebook page for updates.

This event is in aid of the National Autistic Society.
Individuals with autistic spectrum disorder often avoid many social events due to the sensory overload they experience; this is particularly true for night club events where bright lights and loud sounds can be overwhelming. Therefore, we have decided to hold a silent disco, where, instead of playing loud music through speakers, wireless headphones allow attendees to opt in or out of the soundtrack and control their own volume levels. The aim of the event is both to provide a night club event that welcomes all individuals and to raise awareness for autism spectrum disorder. Anyone is welcome to attend, and all profits will go to the National Autistic Society.
