Take a break and relax your mind with our Guided Meditation session.
Yoga Nidra Guided Relaxation is based on the iRest®? (Integrative Restoration) protocol, which can soothe the nervous system and provide profound restorative rest. The sessions are presented as 25-minute ‘power naps' and a recording of each session will be available free of charge for unlimited home practice.
The session will be in the Dojo in STV. You will not need to bring anything but please wear warm and comfortable clothing for the session. No need to sign up, just turn up!
Sessions will be led by Kathryn Willder. Kathryn teaches yoga, yoga nidra and meditation for groups and individuals around Bath. She is registered with Yoga Alliance (RYT200) and maintains full memberships to the Traditional Yoga Association and the Chartered College of Teaching. Kathryn is a Certified iRest Teacher.
