You will b e put into a break out room with 4-6 other students. After 10 minutes\, y ou will leave that room and enter a new room for 10 minutes. Throughout t he session you should go into 5-6 breakout rooms\, meaning you could pote ntially meet around 30 other students!

If you meet someone you get on with\, \;you can send them a private message on Teams to get t o know them better after the event. Make sure you write down their name b efore you leave the breakout room so you can find them again.

< strong>These events are open to ALL students at the University of Bath. By running the event virtually you can connect with students in h alls\, at home\, on placement and those learning remotely across the othe r side of the world. \;

How many events can I attend? As many as you like. We have offered a range of times and dates to give flexible options. \;

\n\n

How many people do I need in my group?< /strong> Bath has a range of property sizes but to give yourself the most choice we would recommend groups of 4-5. \;

I'\ ;m going to be late. Can I still attend? Yes but you may need to wait for the next break-out room session. These will be at 10 minutes in tervals.
\n\n
I'\;m already in a group of 3 looking for o ne more. Can we attend together? Yes but you will not be put int o the same breakout rooms as these are generated at random. \;
\n\ n
I'\;ve already found a property and need another person. < /strong>You can still attend. Just make sure you let people know you alre ady have these plans in place. They may want to live in a specific area o f Bath which may not match with your property.

I'\;m going on a 6 month placement so need a room for half a year. Will I find a group to join? This event will mainly involve students lookin g for full year contracts. \;Please email hallreps@bath.ac.uk if you are on a 6 month placement as we will be compiling a list of students in this position.
