Come meet us outside the STV at 2 0:00! We'\;ll show you to the pool &\; changing rooms\, and we'\ ;ll start the session in the pool! You'\;ll need a swimsuit\, t-shirt and shorts for in the pool\, a towel for afterwards and nothing else! The re will be a quick swim test at the start\, and then we'\;ll get you i nto a boat!

Everyone is welcome - \;no membership is requir ed so feel free to bring your friends! \;

We run 3 pool ses sions a week\, one of which is dedicated to the amazing game of canoe pol o!
