Enjoy tea\, coffee\, soft drinks and snacks (av ailable to purchase)\, and take part in the icebreaker activities brought to you by Academic Skills. Our very own Freshers Week captains in you r department will also be there\, ready to share their experience and ans wer all your questions!

This event is free to attend an d open to all students - just turn up - you do not need a wristband to at tend! However\, you will be required to check in upon arrival so please b ring your student card with you. \;

This event is held in The Claverton rooms on th e second floor of 2 West. Use the lift from The Parade to get to the venu e. This is next to the rear entrance of \;Parade. Visit AccessAble for detailed informa tion on \;Claverton Rooms'\; accessibility. This is an informa l event with no limit on attendees\, so it may be busy and noisy. Venue c apacity will be managed by our Freshers Week captains. There will be seat ed options available. If you&rsquo\;re nervous about attending alone\, do n&rsquo\;t worry &ndash\; our academic representatives and Freshers Week captains will be on hand to introduce you to other students. Each student will be encouraged to wear a coloured sticker to help identify others in your course more easily.
