This event is f ree to attend and open to all students - just turn up - you do not need a ticket to attend! However\, you will be required to check in upon arriva l so please bring your student card with you. \;Due to the popularity of this event\, please do expect some queueing\, we promise it will be w orth the wait! \;

Accessibility Information - What can I expect from thi s event?

The Freshers&rsquo\; Fair is a busy event with lots o f stalls from companies and organisations looking to connect with student s. You can expect it to be busy and loud and can expect some queuing. You can go around the fair in your own pace and there is a one way system. Y ou can choose whether or not to interact with stalls. Some stalls will ha ve games and activations that you can play and some will just have inform ation. The queue and some stalls will be outside so please be prepared fo r the weather. \;

We will be opening the event as a priorit y at 10:00 - 10:30 to those with accessibility needs through an accessibl e entrance. You will need to sign up in advance to attend during this tim e and we will be restricting numbers to ensure the event remains accessib le for that period. Please arrive at 10:00. Tickets will go online from < strong>Wednesday 2 September from 09:00 from this page. \;Yo ur ticket will be sent to you via email as a QR Code. Please make sure yo u have this ready and available with you upon entry to the event.
