Accessibility Information - What can I expect fr om this event?

This event will take place in a large sports ha ll. The event will be busy and crowded and will have loud music playing. Student groups will have stalls showcasing their sports club. Students ca n choose how much they want to interact with the stalls. There may be opp ortunities to trial some sporting activity should you wish. There will be no food or \;drink at this event. Please expect some queuing on entr y to the event. \;

We will be opening the event as a priori ty at 11:00 - 11:30 to those with accessibility needs through an accessib le entrance. You will need to sign up in advance to attend during this ti me and we will be restricting numbers to ensure the event remains accessi ble for that period. Please arrive at 11:00. Tickets will go online from& nbsp\;Wednesday 2 September from 09:00 \;from this p age. \;Your ticket will be sent to you via email as a QR Code. Please make sure you have this ready and available with you upon entry to the e vent.
