This event is open to ALL freshers and you do not need a ticket to attend! However\, you will be required to check in upon arrival so ple ase bring your student card with you. \;

Accessibility Information - Wha t can I expect from this event?

This event will take place in a large sports hall. The event will be busy and crowded and will have lou d music playing. Student groups will have stalls showcasing their sports club. Students can choose how much they want to interact with the stalls. There may be opportunities to trial some sporting activity should you wi sh. There will be no food or \;drink at this event. Please expect som e queuing on entry to the event. \;

We will be opening the event as a priority at 11:00 - 11:30 to those with accessibility needs th rough an accessible entrance. You will need to sign up in advance to atte nd during this time and we will be restricting numbers to ensure the even t remains accessible for that period. Please arrive at 11:00. Tickets wil l go online from \;Wednesday 2 September from 09:00& nbsp\;from this page. \;Your ticket will be sent to you via email as a QR Code. Please make sure you have this ready and available with you up on entry to the event.
