Join the Mountaineering Club on this walk to discover the tra
ils around Claverton Down. This is a great opportunity to meet the commit
tee and other like-minded people. The route should take 2 hours\, is rela
tively flat and has some great views! Meet the committee outside the Libr
ary\, who will guide you on the walk.
This event is open to ALL fre
shers and you do not need a ticket to attend! However\, you may be requir
ed to check in upon arrival so please bring your student card with you.&n

to wear sturdy footwear and bring a torch\, water and a jacket! Please be
aware that this walk may involve some sections through woodland which is
likely to be slippery and muddy underfoot and is likely to involve climb
ing under/over fallen trees. This event has no limit on attendees so it m
ay be busy.
