This is a taster session for anyone wishing to try out Japanese Jiu Jitsu as a martial art. It is a martial art for anyone wishi ng to build their confidence whilst learning how to defend themselves\, p ush their boundaries and get fit with friends! You will learn wrist relea ses\, joint locks\, throws and many ground fighting techniques! No matter your experience\, whether you'\;ve done a martial art before or never done anything similar - come along and try it out!! Many of our members started Jiu Jitsu at university with this club! Please wear loose clothin g and take off all jewellery.
