ersity of Bath Fencing Club is a great club to get involved in this semes
ter. Not only is fencing a unique and fun sport\, it is great for staying
active. From complete beginners to international-level fencers\, we are
all family and love to welcome new members. No experience or kit is neede
d to join\, and we support both recreational and competitive fencers.
\nWe have one of the best equipped salles in the country and a number o
f skilled student coaches - in the past we&rsquo\;ve trained students kno
wing nothing about fencing to BUCS-level athletes in just one year! We al
so have open sparring sessions throughout the whole semester if you&rsquo
\;re looking to just give it a go or casually fence with no pressure.
In our Freshers&rsquo\; Fair webinar\, we will introduce you to th e club and how fencing works. Then we&rsquo\;ll show you some of our comp etitive scene\, before discussing our different training options and how we are running the club this year to make sure everyone stays safe. Final ly\, we will have a Q&\;A where the committee will answer any and all questions you may have. Hope to see you there!
