Make the most of your time in halls by joining your Hall Committee. Each committee will have 1 Hall Rep and 1-4 Hall Captains depending on how many people live there.

\n\n

As a Hall Rep you will:

\n\n

-Represent your hall mates on any accommodation issues.

\n\n

- Attend monthly Hall Forums to take student feedback and issues to accommodation and SU staff.

\n\n

- Run ca mpaigns to improve the halls experience.

\n\n

- Inf luence change to make life in halls the best it can be.

\n\n< p> \;

\n\n

As a Hall Captain you will:

\n\n< p>-Run community building events and activities

\n\n< p>- Bring your hall mates together and have fun

\n\n< p>- Run interhall competitions and challenge flat groups against eachother

\n\n

- Build a strong community to make y our time in halls the best it can be.

\n\n

\n\n< p>Both roles will be fully trained and supported by SU Community staff. \; It'\;s a great way to meet new people\, gain new skills and join our community of over 1000 student leaders.

To become a Hall Rep you must stand in an elect ion and be voted in by your neighbours. Don'\;t worry\, it'\;s not as scary as it sounds! Just nominate yourself online\, write a short mani festo to tell people about yourself and remember to ask your hall mates a nd flatmates to vote for you. Nominations are open from Monday 28th Septe mber - Sunday 4th October.

T o become a Hall Captain you can apply by downloading an application form from thesubath/halls and submit the written form or a short video to hallreps@bath.ac.uk. \; Applicat ions are open from Monday 28th September - Monday 12th October. Captains will be selected based on their application so take your time and think a bout why you would be great in the role.
