Join us in BUMUN's First session of the year!
Whether you are a fresher, final year or postgraduate, an MUN veteran, or a first-timer, this welcome session is open to everyone.
It is the perfect opportunity to meet like-minded people, and learn about some of the world's most urgent issues while having fun and winning diplomacy awards.
If you are looking to join a society that offers intellectual and social perfectly, you are at the right place. During this first session, the discussed topic will be 'No Man's Land: Bir Tawil'. We will allocate to each delegate a country to debate over this unchartered territory and explore its geopolitical complexity. Since this taster session will be our first session, it will be a very chill debate and will be more for new members to explore what BUMUN has to offer (spoiler: a lot).
No previous MUN experience or knowledge on the topic is required, as our committee will brief you on both MUN rules of procedures as well as on the discussed topic, and this is during every session of the year. It will be a very casual session to present to you what BUMUN has to offer, socialise and meet people :)
