We have sessions on Tuesday 1-2pm (these are fitness sessions and run over the summer as well), Wednesday 8-10pm, Friday 6-8pm and Saturday 3:30-5:30pm. We don’t require our members to come to all our sessions (but we would love it if you wanted to!) and would love you to come along whether you just want to try something completely new and different, have a bit of fun, meet new people and get fit, or want to master a martial art.
Jiu Jitsu is a Japanese medieval martial art. It is a defensive art so we learn about situations that could be applicable in a real-life situation. We all train together so can all benefit from the teaching of higher grades.
