Fitness session led by our experience coach Dan. Will be partly Karate focused but also good for general fitness so anyone can join in!
An hour long fitness session focusing on Karate based as well as general fitness. Our coach offers various different options for the exercises in order to tailor to everyone's different fitness levels. Great way to get moving and get fitter!
