This is our welcome to Motorsports! Come and compete in teams of 4 over the course of a 2 hour kart race, complete with trophies for the podium finishers!
For our first event of the year, we will be heading to our local track, M4 Karting! We'll start by meeting up on campus, and introduce everyone to their team members. Following that, coach transport will be provided to the circuit. The event will kick off with a 20 minute combined practice & qualifying session, where everyone will get some time to learn the circuit and set a time to go for the pole position! From there, it'll be straight into the race, and there's always close, fun racing throughout the pack! It doesn't matter how much experience you have, since we'll be balancing all 8 teams of 4 drivers based on prior experience, and you'll definitely have an experienced member of the club in your team to help give you any advice if you need it!
