About the role
We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our small yet mighty team to contribute to the successful management of our marketing strategy. Maybe you are studying and are keen to get industry experience or possibly a recent graduate with hunger for your next challenge. You will have a passion for all things social and can handle analytics and excel. You would work closely with our Brand and Marketing Manager to run our influencer collaborations, assist with back-end website CMS, collate monthly analytics for reporting and assist with ad hoc marketing tasks. You will also have the opportunity to work on other areas of digital marketing.

Role and Responsibilities
•       Support the Brand and Marketing Manager with ad hoc marketing tasks
•       Engage with our audience, influencers and collaborators on Instagram
•       Manage influencer collaborations
•       Assist with back-end website CMS
•       Share content on Tik Tok
•       Use analytics tools to produce reports on performance
•       Keep up-to-date with social media platforms and strategies

Skills and Experience
•       Experience of social media channels
•       A motivated self-starter who wants to make a difference in a small and rapidly growing business
•       Able to work independently and take initiative
•       You thrive in a fast pace, exciting environment where you get true job satisfaction
•       Able to be flexible and get involved in ad-hoc tasks with a ‘hands-on approach’ associated with a growing business
•       Knowledge in using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Canva or editing apps is a bonus
•       IT literate in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
