Keeping Up To Date With URB

So Fresher’s Week is finally here! Over 4,000 students about to begin their long journey of further education with an awesome week of mingling and making friends to kick it off! Here at URB, we’re here to help guide you to staying on track with all the activities that will be on offer!

The SU Website:

The first way to keep up to date with all of your fun-packed activities this Fresher’s Week is through the official and revamped The SU Bath website! On the website, you will be able to find a full schedule of the events happening this week, contact information of our crew and captains and information about the societies and clubs on offer at the university. The website is informative and will keep you in the loop this week, and for the rest of the year.

Crew and Captains:

They are your guardian angels, your guides for all things Fresher related. Our lovely team of our 300 crew and captains are here to answer questions and run events for you during the week such as the guided city tours or our fun challenges and games happening on campus throughout the week. Any further information about events and event times (including our very own URPres!!!) will be known by our crew who will be happy to help you out.

Tuning into URB:

University Radio Bath is your university’s radio station, located on campus in the Student’s Union. As well as playing some sweet tunes and being your musical voice in Bath, we are here to keep you informed and up to date with what is going on. You can listen to us everyday this Fresher’s Week and we will be there in person to answer any questions personally. You can also listen to us online, or tune into 1449AM.

Hopefully, you’ll get yourselves settled in as soon as possible and get involved with URB. The main thing to remember this Fresher’s Week is to enjoy yourself and have a blast!
