A reflection on the news of the passing of Queen Elizabeth Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
We are deeply saddened by the passing of Her Royal Highness Her Majesty the Queen. We offer our sympathy, thoughts and condolences to members of the Royal Family at this difficult time.
We join the nation in mourning the loss of our longest reigning monarch, paying tribute to a lifetime of national stability, honour, and public service.

We pay tribute to the late Her Majesty the Queen and send our deepest condolences to our Chancellor, His Royal Highness The Earl of Wessex.
We understand that the loss of such an influential figure may impact us all in different ways and cause us to reflect on our own lives and those around us. As a Union, we join the University community in commemoration of the life of Her Majesty the Queen and invite students to add messages in one of the Books of Condolence in the Chaplaincy and in the Library Foyer from 10:00 on Monday.
