The University of Bath is lucky to have some amazing student led volunteering groups, supported by truly incredible student volunteers. Our award winning student volunteer groups have a strong track record of running successful projects and fundraising for the University's Big 4 charities each year.

Volunteering helps the local community and allows you to get involved with causes you are passionate about. Enjoy the mental health benefits and develop CV-boosting skills. Becoming a Volunteering Group committee member is a great opportunity to lead and shape the direction of the University's amazing volunteer groups.

There are 6 groups you could get involved in:

V TeamV Team is the largest of the Volunteering Groups with a number of amazing projects supporting local nature, schools, litter picking, repair cafes and girls in STEM subjects. Become a main committee member or lead one of the projects that ignites your interest most.

RAGRAG - Raise and Give the University's longest standing group, RAG raises vital funds for 4 key charities voted for by the University each year through events such as the Bath Half, fireworks night, silent disco and the big sleep out. As this group deals with fundraising it's a great place to get financial, money handling and budgeting experience, which looks great on CVs.
