Classes take place at the Funky Monkey Studio in Bath (see map below). To get to the studio where our classes are held get off at the St. James cemetery bus stop, walk along Lower Bristol Road for about 5 minutes, and look out for Matty's cafe on your left. There is an alley just to the right of the cafe and at the end of that is where you will find the studio :)

To get the most out of your pole lessons it's important to wear suitable clothing. Lots of the moves depend on your ability to grip the pole, and bare skin is the most effective way to grip. So wearing shorts is a must! As you progress you will need to have the skin on your underarms and stomach on show, so a crop top/sports bra for girls, and a bare chest for boys, is useful. But if you're just beginning, don't worry about this yet! Any comfy t-shirt or vest will be fine.
