Are you freaking out about your exams? What about those coursework deadlines looming over you? Why do we have so much to do?! Stress is a natural response to having to balance so much at Uni. If you’re struggling to keep your stress contained, come along to our workshop to learn about ways to manage it.

Participants will have learnt the following skills by the end of the session:

  • Understanding what stress is and why people experience it
  • Be able to identify what is causing stress in one’s life
  • Tools and techniques that can be used to manage stress in difficult times

Our team of Student Trainers are professionally trained to deliver engaging, interactive and informative workshops that are relevant to students. They have a variety of experience through their diverse degrees, placement experience and roles within The SU so they can support you through our Skills Training programme
