It is important to stop and take care of yourself. There are many ways in which we can improve our wellbeing. In this digital era, where we have easy access to smartphones and the Internet, why not use mobile apps to keep your Wellbeing in check?
At the end of this session you will be able to:
- Identify areas of our lives that apps can help with
- Name a selection of apps and understand how they can help and how to use them
- Install apps on your own device or install them during the workshop
- Understand privacy and importance of terms and conditions
