How it works
- Buy the £50 product below, this covers the cost of your deposit and ensures that you have a place booked in for 30th March
- Before the skydive takes place, you will need to buy £20 membership to the skydiving club and fill in the medical/informational forms provided
- The skydiving club will organise everything for you, including transport, so the only thing you need to focus on is fundraising
£400 - Congratulations, you can now take part!
£500 - We can now refund your security deposit.
£550 - We will also refund your skydiving club membership.
Keep raising as much as you can!
What if I don't raise the target amount (£400)?
If you still want to go ahead with the skydive, you will have to pay half of the remaining amout from your own pocket. For example, if you raise £300 then you will be £100 off the target, meaning you will then have to pay £50 (£100/2) to do the jump.
How long does the event take?
Skydiving is an all day event, so make sure you are available from 7am-7pm.
What happens on the day?
We will have a minibus pick students up from campus and a designated place in town, then we will drive you to the dropzone. There you will be trained on safety and given all the information about the skydive itself. Your jump will be scheduled at some point throughout the day based on how busy it is, so make sure you bring something to entertain yourself for the rest of the time.
We will then drive you back to Bath and hopefully you will have had an amazing time!
What if the weather is bad?
If the weather takes a turn for the worse, it's possible that you may have to reschedule the skydive for another day. Don't worry though as this is unlikely to happen and rescheduling is an easy process.
What if I decide that I no longer want to take part?
The deposit is non-refundable, but we can refund skydiving membership. You will have to return the money that you have fundraised.
