What We Do

We juggle and eat cake. On our Sunday and Monday sessions, we practice some cool juggling or learn cool juggling from other people. We have lots of equipment like juggling balls, clubs and rings, diabolo, poi, unicycles, hoops, a random fake hand and lots more!

On Thursdays, we play with fire in the amphitheatre by the lake. It's super safe and super fun. No experience with fire necessary - we'll provide training on the night, and we have insurance.

We also have outreach into the community, giving juggling and circus skills workshops for scout groups and the like. Any upcoming events will be on a sign-up sheet on the volunteering page.

Occasionally, we have someone come up to campus to teach an unusual skill. Such workshops will often be open to the public as well, but will be cheaper for members.

Lastly, we organise the Bath UpChuck juggling convention which is an amazing one-day event with workshops, games and a professional show. More details are available on the UpChuck page.

Oh, and the name?
Gravity pulls down, so we throw up.
