Ticket Collection

Tickets come in the form of Wristbands and can be collected on Thursday 26 May, Friday 27 May and Monday 30 May from 11:00 – 15:00 from The Tub. Some of us will be knee deep in exams during this period, but we’ll definitely need a break at some point so do factor this in!

  • You must have your library card with you for collection
  • If you really can’t tear yourself away from the books or you’re sunning yourself on an early holiday, we do allow friends to collect on your behalf. All you need to do is give your friend a copy of your confirmation email as well as an email / letter stating you are giving them permission to collect on your behalf. This must include your Student ID Number and the number of wristbands being collected.

The Important stuff you need to know!

  • Wristbands are limited to two per person.
  • Your guest can be a non-Bath University student, but they must be over the age of 18 and have proof of ID with them at the event.
  • To enter the event, you must wear the wristband and have your Student ID with you.
  • Please keep your wristbands safe as we cannot replace lost wristbands under any circumstances.
  • No refunds are available once a ticket has been purchased.
  • We do have to limit numbers to the ball due to capacity restrictions (calculated by our indoor venues) so please buy yours early to avoid disappointment. We have always sold out within minutes of our second release.
  • You must be able to collect your wristband on campus during the collection dates. If you are not going to be on campus during the purchase process, there will be an option to have your wristband sent by recorded delivery. This will cost an extra £3.50 to a UK address or £4.00 for overseas. Please note we will not deliver to a University accommodation address and the address you submit can’t be changed at a later date.
  • Those who pay for delivery will have their wristbands posted out by recorded delivery which will need to be signed for. You will be emailed when it has been sent. Once wristband sales are closed, we can’t post any wristbands out if delivery wasn’t selected during the sales process.
  • Lost wristbands will not be replaced, so please keep them safe.
  • If for any reason you sure unable to attend, you must not resell your ticket for greater than its face value. We are also unable to help facilitate any re-sales.
