Please note: This is a GENERAL GUIDE for times we are permitted to shoot, and specific dates/times will be uploaded to the Sign Ups page and Calendar on a weekly basis. It is up to the assigned Field Captain as to whether a shoot will last the entire duration of the booking, and not all shoots will be run every week.
Important locations
Our outdoor shoots take place on the Sulis field by Ralph Allen School (22 bus route), while our indoor shoots take place on the STV Sprint track. We can shoot up to 50m indoors, and up to 90m outdoors.
Sulis (Outdoor shoots)
Below, you see the map how to get to the Sulis field for our outdoor shoots. The field is a 25 minute walk from campus. Please note that the 22 does not run on weekends or public holidays.
The 22 bus is a First Bus collecting from Sports Training Village Stop D, which is just outside the entrance to the STV. It stops and picks up just next to Sulis and Ralph Allen School running infrequently, so please time yourself accordingly if you wish to get a bus to Sulis.
STV Sprint Track (Indoor shoots)
The STV is located on the southern part of the campus, behind The Edge by the Arrivals Square. First, you must register yourself at the STV reception to gain free access to the facilities on your library card (this is a quick process so you can do it on the day of your first beginners session). Enter STV, go straight until you see the stairs leading to the floor beneath you. There is the reception. Register, enter the facilities, turn sharp right (so that you have the gym facilities behind your back) and then just go straight, walking pass the team photos on the wall and lockers until you get to the blue Sprint Track. This is where our indoor shoots take place, on the left hand side of the track by the sand pit.
