Nominations open: Monday 04 December 2023 (17:00)
Information Drop In: Monday 05 February 2024 (13:00-14:00), 1E 3.20, opportunity for any student to drop in and ask a Deputy Returning Officer any questions about roles, or elections processes.
Information Drop In: Wednesday 07 February 2024 (15:00-16:00), 1E 3.20, opportunity for any student to drop in and ask a Deputy Returning Officer any questions about roles, or elections processes.
Nominations close: Thursday 22 February 2024 (12:00 noon)
Manifesto deadline: Thursday 22 February 2024 (12:00 noon)
Candidate form deadline: Thursday 22 February 2024 (12:00 noon)
Deadline for all Candidates Trustee Declaration Forms: Friday 23 February 2024 (12:00 noon), all candidates will be sent this form after the close of nominations.
Deadline for 'taking time out of studies' forms from Candidates: Monday 26 February 2024 (12:00), relevant candidates will be sent this form to get Director of Studies and Head of Department approval.
Election rules and Candidate training: Monday 26 February 2024 (13.15-15.05) This is compulsory for all candidates to attend, candidates will be sent further details in advance.
1 Minute Manifesto video recording: Tuesday 27 February 2024 Candidates will be asked to sign up for a slot at the compulsory Election rules and Candidate training session
BathTime/URB interviews: Wednesday 28 February - Thursday 1 March 2024 Candidates will be asked to sign up for a slot at the compulsory Election rules and Candidate training session
Names of Campaign Team members: Wednesday 28 February 2024 (12:00 noon) Candidates must submit details of their Campaign Team to the Returning Officer.
Candidates announced: Thursday 29 February 2024 (16:00)
Online campaigning begins: Thursday 29 February 2024 (16:00)
Questions to Candidates: Friday 01 March 2024, Weston Studio, The Edge. This is compulsory for all candidates to attend. Specific times for each role's Q2C will be confirmed once nominations close.
Banner making space available: UPDATED Thursday 29 February 2024 and Friday 01 March 2024, The Edge Art Room 2nd floor, Thursday 10.00-16.00 by prior booking, candidates will be emailed how to book, Friday 12.00-15.00 no booking needed but will be open access to students as part of Feel Good Friday.
Campaign banners allowed to be put up: Sunday 03 March 2024 (from 09:00)
