Come along to try out our weekly Spin Sessions! \;The first few sessions \;are fre e to give you a chance to try out the club before becoming a member\, so we'\;d like to see as many of you as possible giving it a go. \;\n\n

Meet outside the STV Gym from \;7:30pm (for a 7:45pm start) on \;Monday 3rd October 2022. We'\;ll have a sign up sheet at Fres her'\;s Sports Day\, which \;will also be available online nearer the time.

All you need is \;yourself and a water bottle - t he sessions can get intense!
