There are numerous free activities for our members to enjoy on a weekly basis. Keep an eye out on our Facebook group for any changes, plus additional trips, training sessions, socials etc.
7:45pm-8:45pm (STV Spin Studio)
Free 1 hour led spin session open to all members. Meet at 7:30pm outside the gym.
Group rides (or spinning if there is very bad weather!)
There is a no-drop policy in all our rides (except the advanced ride) so the groups will stay together and no-one gets dropped.

Groups: (with approx. speeds)
Cake (<20 kph): Short, social ride for beginners to a local café at the pace of the slowest rider.
Steady inter (20-23 kph): Medium distance ride for those ready for the next step up from the cake ride or experienced riders out for a social spin.
Medium inter (23-26 kph): Slightly longer and quicker than the steady inter. For more experienced riders, but still at the pace of the slowest rider.
Fast inter (26-30 kph): Somewhere between intermediate and advanced. No-drop policy but the pace will be more intense.
Advanced (>30 kph): Brisk ride on a challenging route for experienced riders only. Be aware this group may not wait for dropped riders. In the summer this ride is led as a chain gang.
MTB: Social MTB ride, nothing too serious, with no-one getting left behind. Either on local trails or we will travel somewhere else!

Free 1 hour led women-only spin session. Meet at 7:15pm outside the gym.
7:30am-8:30am (Odd Down)
Early morning chain-gang (starts end of October). Brisk training session great for circuit riding skills and fitness in readiness for the Odd Down Winter Series.
Women only rides: Accessible group rides in a relaxed environment focused on social riding.
Various rides: Rides at various paces and distances posted in our Facebook group. Anyone is welcome to suggest a ride and people are normally keen to go!
MTB Trips: At the weekends we go further afield, taking advantage of subsidised transport to go to places like Bike Park Wales!
