Competitive Swimming

This year we're focusing on those swimmers who fall between the recreational and performance squads. With help from the performance coaching team, we've developed a training plan and competitions we're aiming for. This is still ongoing progress but should be an improvement on our previous offering. Competitive squad trains alongside recreational squad, but as the ability of swimmers is different, so are the sets.
