Rep of the Month is for back 2023-24! We wanted to share the reasons why these Reps were chosen to be Rep of the Month for March.

Undergraduate - Akim Komarnitskii (BSc Computer Science Year 1)

"I tried to take on and create as many opportunities as possible. I created a survey (in collaboration with our team of course), promoted it to the students, consequently receiving 110+ responses. I engaged in public speaking, e.g. introduced our team to the students during a lecture and presented the survey results at the SSLC meeting. I answered numerous students' questions both online and in person. It goes without saying that it was not a solo effort — the team played a big role in these achievements."

Postgraduate Taught - Crystal Vania Clement (Full Time MBA)

"I make sure to be on good terms with everyone in class in a way that everyone feels comfortable to reach out to me. I ensure to give timely updates to the cohort about events happening, about pre-readings, submissions. I ensure that everyone is on top of all the coursework that needs to be done. Whenever I receive a feedback I ensure that it is resolved immediately. I am known to be the rep who solves concerns immediately and the faculty also feels comfortable to reach out to me for any matters. I take in everything with a positive attitude and ensure the best for my peers. I am thankful to have a great MBA management team who is always there for any support. Being in the full time MBA cohort, it is hard to take part in any initiatives by the student union, but I try my best to live up to this post and make Bath University shine through my network within MBA, Msc and Exec MBA. With a hectic schedule and with all the initiatives I have taken, I believe to be the Rep of the Month as its a continuous effort and commitment every month which I enjoy doing! I am aware my cohort doesnt use the SU website much, thus I want to show them so much more that is there for us to explore through this."

Doctoral - Sam Taylor (Psychology)

"Although relatively new as a doctoral rep, Sam has been one of our most engaged faculty reps - he has yet to miss a rep meeting!"

Congratulations to these students for their exceptional work and for winning a Rep of the Month mug and a LinkedIn recommendation.
