We will do everything we can to make all of our events safe and COVID-secure. These plans are subject to government guidance, and we will update you as soon as we can if that changes at any point.
To attend any nightclub or arena events you will need to pass a COVID check prior to entry. You will be asked to show:
A valid NHS COVID Pass which you can get for the following reasons:
Proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test taken on the same day Proof of double vaccination (or single Janssen vaccine) Proof of immunity through PCR Test
If you don't have the NHS App you can show proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test via text message.
If government policy changes around this issue, we will update our website and social media channels to inform you of any changes.
Lateral flow tests are free to pick up in packs of 7 from campus. We will check this on entry to all nightclub and arena events. This helps keep everyone inside the venue safe.
We are also installing a UVC air filtration system in the main arena. This is a filter that reduces COVID pathogens in the air, and is 99.6% effective in making the COVID virus ineffective.
All of our staff will also need to either be vaccinated or show a vaccine passport for all shifts, and will continue to wear masks wherever practical.
We will regularly sanitise touchpoints around all venues and hand sanitiser will be made freely available and everyone is encouraged to use it regularly.
We will only be accepting contactless, mobile, or card payments in all of our venues.
