Some accessibility rules

In order to make our website accessible to everyone, it needs to be easily-read by
a screen reader. This is quite straightforward, just follow these rules:

1. Use heading tags, rather than just making headings bold, because screen
readers can just read out headings, to more quickly reach the text the user
wants. (There are full notes on how to do this below.)

2. Screen readers can also skip around a page to find links, so don’t just put
click here’ as a link, make sure the clickable text is relevant, eg ‘download
user guide

3. If you are including an image, and the text on the image is important, use
the image’s ‘alternative text’ feature to provide screen readers with the
missing info. (There are full notes on how to do this below.)
