Advice and support for students considering submitting an IMC.
If you have an issue affecting your academic performance, you may want to submit an Individual Mitigating Circumstance report (IMC).
IMCs must be submitted within 3 days of your assessment. Drop in to speak to one of The SU's Advisors who can:
- Help you decide whether to submit an IMC
- Talk you through the process of submitting an IMC
- Help you put together an IMC statement and evidence
No appointment needed, just drop in to The SU at the Virgil Building between 2-4pm. All drop-ins are confidential and independent to the University.
The SU's Advice and Support Centre is open on the main University campus for drop-ins on any other matter you may need help with: Mondays - Thursdays 9am - 5pm, and Fridays 10am - 5pm.
