This is for all the students who are feeling a bit stiff sitting at their desks: we are running a series of 100% free dancing sessions every WEDNESDAY 9AM @TheEdge Dance studio. It is not guided (completely free movement, you choose how to move), inspired in practices like Ecstatic Dancing and Daybreakers. 

We change the playlists every week, the goal is just to move and get some dopamine flowing ??

 

Rules:

No shoes

No judgment

No alcohol/drugs/phones

 

What should I bring:

Comfortable clothes, a water bottle. The studio is a shoe-free zone, and there is storage space. There are showers next to the studio if you need to change. 

You can come grumpy, sleepy, well-rested, frustrated... the dancefloor won't judge ??
