Event: BLM in B&NES: a webinar for young people's views

This is an event run by Bath & North East Somerset Council. The webinar will be chaired by Dine Romero, Leader of B&NES Council who will be joined by Kevin Guy, Cabinet Member for Children’s Services and a panel of young people.

The aim of this webinar is to find out from young people:

How they are feeling about recent events (George Floyd, the BLM movement etc, racism in our local area). What they would like to see happen in schools, colleges and other settings to increase awareness of racism and how to tackle it, and how there can be more opportunities to learn about black history.
