Snowball is back! A chance to end the year in style with your team mates.

The Snowball is back! With Christmas around the corner, it's a perfect chance to let your hair down and celebrate the end of the semester with your teammates. The SU will be decked out in all things christmassy. There will be a casino, games room, Bomb Bar, VK bar and you will receive a free drink on arrival. 

All tickets for this event are now SOLD OUT! 

This is event is happening over two consecutive nights, clubs have been allocated a night to attend. View the allocation document to see when your club can attend. If you're not down for Wednesday 8, click here to visit the event for Thursday 9

You can purchase 2 tickets per person and you can bring someone from outside the University as long as they are over 18 and have photographic ID with them. 

Ticket Collection

You will need to collect your ticket prior to the event. Ticket collection will be from The Plug on Monday 6 December - Wednesday 8 December, (only until 16:00 on Wednesday), please bring your library card with you.

Dress Code

Black tie with a touch more glamour! 

Important

Please make sure you have purchased your Sports Membership, as well as your specific club membership well in advance of ticket sales. The system can take up to 24 hrs to update, so if you leave it too late you will not be eligible to purchase a ticket. 

Unfortunately, we can't offer any refunds for this event. 

COVID Check

In the interest of safety for all of our customers and staff, you will be asked to show a valid NHS COVID Pass which you can get for the following reasons 

  • Proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test taken on the same day
  • Proof of double vaccination (or single Janssen Vaccine) 
  • Proof of immunity through PCR Test. 

If you don't have the NHS App you can show proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test via text message. Please don’t come to our events if you have Covid symptoms or feel you may have been exposed to infection.
