Accessibility Information

Schedule & Structure

• The event lasts approximately 2 hours

• This is a non-guided session - you’ll be free to paint at your own pace

  • There will be examples of previous work if you get stuck or need some inspiration

• No formal instruction or speaking required; participation is entirely self-led

People & Social Expectations

• Expect a lively, social atmosphere with maximum 40 attendees

• Music and conversation will create a fun, informal vibe

• Ideal for small groups or individuals looking to meet others

Sensory & Accessibility Details

• Lighting: overhead nightclub-style spotlights (no strobe effects)

• Noise: background music and general conversation, moderate volume but can get loud

• Food & Drink: Welcome drink on arrival (choose from prosecco or a soft drink) 

  • Any additional food and drink purchased at the bar comes with a 20% discount by showing your ticket

• Access: The Tub is wheelchair accessible via lifts

• Toilets: toilets are located on the same level as the venue
