In this cooking class, Curry Club, one of our student groups, will be showing you how to make a chicken curry!
For the recipe, you will need oil for cooking, 1 medium onion, chopped, 500g chicken breast, 3 garlic cloves, 1-inch piece of ginger, 1 tsp. paprika, 1 tsp. ground turmeric, 1 tsp. ground coriander, 1 tsp. ground cumin, 1 tin of chopped tomatoes, 350 ml chicken stock or water, 100 ml double cream, 250 g Basmati rice, and fresh coriander, for garnish.
