It’s that time of year again;
Get out those glad rags as the Annual Pharmacy and Pharmacology Ball, the event of the pharmacy calendar, is nearly here,.
This year, the ball has a MASQUERADE THEME and will take place on Thursday 4th March 2010, in the Assembly Rooms.
The evening includes:
Drinks Reception on arrival,
Dinner (for those of you wanting a meal ticket),
Speeches from Nigel Robinson and our very own funny man PSA Chair Will Farmer,
Raffle with proceeds going to CLIC SARGENT, (a charity for Childrens Cancer)
Live sets from the Indie Killers
And a DJ
Tickets will be on sale from Thursday 11th February everyday from
1.15pm - 2pm in the Servery/5W E lounge.
Prices are as follows:
Entertainment tickets: PSA members £20, Non PSA £23
Meal and Entertainment: PSA members £38, Non PSA £42
Non pharmacists are more then welcome.
Also this week, it is Refresh fair in the SU, as part of this the PSA have cut the membership price to just £3 for Semester 2. It is well worth it with savings on the ball and future PSA socials.
