Gymnastics - Beginner Session

This is a gymnastics session suited for beginners so if you've never tried gymnastics before this is the one for you! 

Skills that beginners are normally practising or working towards are:

• forward/backward rolls,
• handstands/cartwheels,
• walking and turning on beam,
• bunny hops onto vault,
• headspring on vault,
• seat landing and summersaults with coach support on trampoline

To join you will need an All-Sport Membership and a Gymnastics Club Membership (free) which you can get here: https://www.thesubath.com/sport/costofsport/
