Event: Karate Training
Saturday 31 October 2020 at 4pm - 6pm
In-person karate session led by committee/volunteer student coaches. This session will focus mainly on fitness and basics whilst also allocating time for individuals to practice at their own level.
This is an open session which will focus on mainly fitness and basics, so great for beginners and also for those with a bit more experience looking to get back into Karate after a few months off! The session will usually also involve some allocated time for individuals to practice on their own at their own level.
Please come wearing sports gear and trainers (if you have a gi please feel free to wear it but they are not compulsory).
