This is our refreshers week bouldering taster, so come along if you're new, want to meet some of the club and give climbing a go - come along! It's a great opportunity to meet some new faces and get involved in our club. TCA (The Climbing Academy) is one of three main bouldering gyms in Bristol - and a fan favourite among the club. 

There will be 10 groups of 10 arriving at TCA at 15-minute intervals. This is to allow for the TCA staff to be able to process everyone's registration and not create a bottleneck at the desk.

You must book your session in advance using and you must watch the safety video and complete the waiver attached to the booking link below before you arrive at TCA here. This link is also a reduced entry cost (£6.50) and includes shoe hire. 

You will need to make your own way to TCA, so please ensure you plan your journey accordingly to arrive for your slot. The train to Bristol Temple Meads costs £5.50 with a railcard from either Bath Spa or Oldfield Park - some trains do not stop at Oldfield Park so please check before you book! 

The walk from Temple Meads to TCA is on google maps and is quite a simple route although is a little bit of an odd walk. It could be nice to try and find anyone else at the train station and walk over together.

If you have a car you can drive to TCA quite easily; there is a small car park and some roadside parking.

Once you're at TCA, you are welcome to stay for as long as you'd like. There will be experienced club members on hand to help you out if you've never been climbing before or you're looking for some extra tips to bump up your grade! 

If you are an experienced member of the club; TCA have asked us to spread out over the afternoon where possible.
