Try a new sport - ULTIMATE FRISBEE! This fun, dynamic and social sport is for everyone!

This session is on grass: bring boots or trainers and water.

Bring a light and a dark top (if you can) so we can put you into teams.

Mixed gender session open to all abilities but aimed at new members - we will be teaching basics and playing games.
