The Students’ Union Bars & Events team are looking for committed individuals to join our award-winning bar. This position would be ideal for anyone looking for some work on campus. One of the key values at the SU is to promote a sense of fun and enjoyment, which we hope to achieve every day. We are looking for a hard-working individual who is ready to be an ambassador for the SU Bars in all aspects of their work. Who is also dedicated and proactive Student Hospitality Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our Bar, Night Club, and Kitchen in the absence of the Managers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and a passion for the hospitality industry. This role is perfect for a current student looking to gain valuable supervisory experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Staff must be able to work over the weekend and the occasional weekday evening.

Any successful applicant must be able to attend in person training day week commencing September 9 2025 with a view for new staff to be able to start from September 16.

Interviews to be held Late August/Early September, these can be either in-person or online.

Freshers’ Week will have a minimum of four shifts needed to work.

Term Time is a minimum of two shifts.

Shifts length vairy from 4-6 hours.

Hourly pay is £13.22 an hour + Holiday Pay = £14.82 an hour.
