Our sessions are varied in make-up, containing some combination of Fitness, Technique work, and light contact sparring, so come along to all and see which suit you best! Most of our sessions are held on campus, with a few held in Sulis, the University Boxing Gym, which is a 20-minute walk away, or a quick hop on the U2.
They are either taken by one of our fantastic accredited coaches or one of our three captains. Using their combined years of experience you’ll always get something from attending any one of these sessions, from complete beginners all the way up to those working for their black belt.

Monday 6pm-7pm: Founders Hall
Our Monday Night fitness sessions are BACK!! These focus on getting fighting fit, with a combination of bodyweight exercises and high-intensity movements, and are designed to improve your cardio endurance, especially over the 2-3 minute rounds we typically compete over.
Tuesdays 7pm-9pm: Founders Hall
This is our biggest session of the week, and everyone is welcome. Led by professional coach and 6th Degree Black Belt Mr Rob “The Badger” Tettmar, we’ll run pad work, fitness, flexibility stretching, sparring, and anything else people want to work on.
Saturday 1.30pm-3.30pm: Dojo - Sanda
Sanda is a form of kickboxing also involving sweeps, leg kicks and takedowns, in a controlled and safe environment. Professional coach Scott leads people from being total beginners to wherever they’re aiming, from fighting fit to winning fight nights
Sunday 12pm-1:30pm: STV- Womens only
Taken by our women’s captain, this is an extra opportunity for women to work on their technique and fitness while having fun. All info for this and everything else for the women's session is on the Facebook group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/150839351704038/ !
Sunday 3pm-5pm: STV - Full Contact Style
This session is run by our full conact captain, Rich. Don't be put off by the name! This is just a different style of kickboxing and will contain usual mix of fitness, techniques and sparring.
