The University have asked that all staff be concious that peopple maybe around on Friday afternoon as over 200 rooms have been booked that night on campus. So if you see anyone looking lost please check they are ok. It would be great if all display boards in the SU corridor could be up to date by this date as well to give a good impression.

Modern Languages & European Studies (French & German)

In the middle of my second year when I was on RAG committee, as I always wanted the ability to do more than I could when I had to worry about studying too (!)
3. What did you want to be when you were little?
When I was 10, I wanted to be a shop keeper… no idea why!?

5. What do you enjoy doing most in your free time?
Playing the Piano (Einaudi), the gym, volunteering, babysitting (I love looking after little children!)
6. If you have one superpower what would it be?
It would be cool to be able to make time stand still so I could get everything done (kind of like Bernard’s Watch)-guess that’s not really a superpower though…!
Mind Trap
1.) Candy Barr has five bags of candies to give to her niece. Four of the bags have a total of 84 candies. The fifth contains four candies less than average of the five bags. How many candies are in the fifth bag?
2.) If Jason's son is my son's father, what relation am I to Jason?
3.) Six glasses are in a row. The first three are filled with pineapple juice, and the last three are empty. By moving only one glass, can you arrange them so that the full and the empty glasses alternate?
